Clients come first. I enjoy listening to their stories, their needs and goals, and I do my best finding solutions with and for them.
I am very much detail oriented, but also I have courage to try something new and bold to catch people’s eyes and hearts.
PEI Fishermen's Association conducted a survey re: two projects done in 2021 and this was the report (infographic). I haven't had too many opportunities for infographics, but this is something I definitely want to do more!
This is a photo I took at Island Beach Co. at Peake's Quay. Order came through Lighters Candle Co. with specific ideas for each label. Another drawing project I enjoyed.
I must say I was pretty excited and happy to see these candles (with my labels) at the store. Thank you to Lighters Candle Co. for giving this opportunity.
This was my personal project, but I put my efforts and think it shows the photo editing ability. Taking all the wires and poles.
At Syntrak, I got to design the awareness guide cover. Their copy was "See Something? Know Something? Say Something." So, I basically visualized that message in comic style.

I am not an illustrator, but I do enjoy drawing and it sure comes handy if you can draw yourself, so I am trying to improve. It is always a great encouragement to get a positive feedback from a client! (Syntrak Print & Graphics' project)
I enjoyed creating this, particularly the back side, where I placed all the museums info on each county's map area. (This one is front)

This is a freeze dry soup mix label for my husband's project.
I got the opportunity to draw/design Norbert's first children's book. This is a combination of drawing (the girl) and the retouch of the photo (background). I also set up the layout inside.

This was my first design job that was realized as a product. My son's karate club held a club T-shirt design contest and my design was chosen!
This is the artwork itself for the T-shirt Design.
She asked me to put use her own image on the logo. So, that's how this logo came to be.

I designed his other (first) business (Bayside Equipment & Repair). He was quite happy and came back when he's opening another business. He had this idea of each line's start letters (B, G, I) making somehow into "BIG", which turned into this generator motif-ed logo icon.

I also got the opportunity to design my boss' adventure fiction novel book cover.
Not only the cover, I set up and edit the entire book as well.

My friend requested to design a logo for her new business. She had a general idea what she's looking for. That was helpful to start with. Drawing was done in Adobe Fresco.
